At DMB Design and Remodel, we believe the future of our industry depends on the young people choosing to learn a trade, work with their hands, and build lasting careers in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, design, and other skilled professions. The trades shaped our lives and our business, and we want to support the next generation stepping into this work.

That’s why we’re proud to announce the DMB Trade & Technical Scholarship , now offering a $1,000 annual award for a student pursuing education in a trade or technical program.

Whether a student is preparing for a career as a carpenter, electrician, HVAC technician, cabinetmaker, or designer, our goal is simple: help remove one small barrier as they take their next step.

This scholarship is open to students enrolled (or planning to enroll) in accredited programs including:

• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Construction Technology
• Interior or Architectural Design
• Cabinetry & Millwork
• General Contracting
• Other building-trade programs

Students from Pennsylvania, Delaware, and surrounding regions are encouraged to apply.

Every day on our job sites, we’re reminded of how important the trades are — not just for the homes we build and remodel, but for the families and communities we serve. These careers provide stability, purpose, and the satisfaction of creating something real. But getting started can be challenging.

By offering this scholarship, we hope to encourage more students to take that leap, learn from experienced mentors, and build a career they’re proud of.

The application is simple and fully online. Students will be asked to share basic information about their program and write a short essay about why they’re pursuing a career in the trades.
